Terms and Conditions

Please read below terms and conditions carefully before agreeing Sakura Service

Terms of Service

  1. These Terms of Service are the basic and contract terms of Sakura Home Service Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “Sakura”. After confirming the service, you hereinafter referred to as “Customer”, agree to the following terms.
  2. The cost of Sakura on-site service testing is 800HKD. The service includes a detection of indoor organic volatiles and formaldehyde concentrations. The service will measure in each room and at the formaldehyde source in the room.
  3. Formaldehyde and organic volatiles are mainly diffuse through furnitures. You have to make another quotation if Customer needs to spray on whole house carpet.
  4. If Customer is late for more than 15 minutes at the agreed time, Sakura reserves the right to reject Customer request for overtime work.
  5. If Customer is late for more than 30 minutes at the agreed time, Sakura has the right to refuse to provide services and leave the venue. Deposit received will not be refunded.
  6. If Customer shortens the normal service time due to personal reasons or accidents, the remaining time will not be compensated.
  7. Catalysts cannot be sprayed on following services: metal surface, tile surface, glass surface, marble surface, mirror surface and rubber surface.
  8. In order to achieve the best result of the formaldehyde removal service, Customer needs to clean all the walls, the inside / outside of the cabinets, and the surface of furniture in the unit in advance to ensure that there are no wood fragments and dust on the surface.
  9. If the situation of the unit affects Sakura employees’ inability to perform services or projects, Sakura has the right to refuse to provide services, leave the site and charge an administrative fee.  (The deposit received will be listed as an administrative fee.)
  10. As the formaldehyde removal service require air flow in the unit, Customer is responsible for supplying power so that Sakura employees can turn on the air conditioners and fans.
  11. If the unit is still performing other works on the day of service, Sakura has the right to refuse to provide service and leave the site, and the deposit received will not be refunded.
  12. If the actual environment of the unit does not match the telephone appointment, Sakura will re-quote according to the current situation of the unit.
  13. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, all scheduled services will be automatically cancelled. Customers need to reschedule the service time.
  14. Customers are not allowed to contact the Sakura technicians directly for additional work requirements. Please contact Sakura directly and Sakura will arrange by its best effort.
  15. Sakura reserves the right to change, delete, modify and add to the Terms of Service at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately after Sakura is announced or notified to Customers.
  16. In case of any service problems, it is only allowed to be raised when the Sakura technician is onsite. Any investigation after Sakura technician leaves will not be accepted.
  17. This Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Terms of Charge

  1. These Terms of Service are the basic and contract terms of Sakura Home Service Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “Sakura”. After confirming the service, you hereinafter referred to as “Customer”, agree to the following terms.
  2. Customer’s deposit 1,000HKD is non-refundable.
  3. Remaining service fees must be paid in cash on the spot of the service day.
  4. There is no refund for all service charges.
  5. This Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Terms of Reservation

  1. These Terms of Service are the basic and contract terms of Sakura Home Service Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “Sakura”. After confirming the service, you hereinafter referred to as “Customer”, agree to the following terms.
  2. Please make reservations at least one week ahead.
  3. Customer needs to inform Sakura at least one working day prior to any change in the venue or time, otherwise Sakura reserve the right to reject revised service with no refund.
  4. If Customer miss an appointment on the agreed service date or temporarily reschedules, Sakura will charge the customer an administrative fee, and the customer will need to place deposit again to make an appointment.  (The deposit received will be listed as an administrative fee.)
  5. This Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Disclaimer

  1. If the customer’s home property is damaged due to the negligence of Sakura staff, the maximum compensation is HK $ 100.
  2. In case of any dispute, the decision of Sakura Home Service Co., Ltd. is final.
